Do you really want to return something? We have a very simple process!
If you don’t like something, please tell us immediately. Our goal is to make you happy and fix things for both today and tomorrow and we will strive to do everything in our power to make things right. If you want to return something, just contact us first and we will take appropriate action to replace/refund to make you happy. We do however ask you to contact us ASAP (preferably within a week of receiving your goodies) so we can jump on things considering the perishable nature of our products. Returns/Refund & Cancellation may be subject to a restocking fee.
We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a replacement or a credit note for the value of the return products. The credit note will be in the form of a one time use coupon code. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.

In an event where an order is canceled before the dispatch, we will deduct the charges levied by the respective payment processor and initiate a refund to your account for the rest of the amount. It may take up to 15 business days for the refund to show in your bank/wallet, although it doesn’t take that much time usually.
